What if my partner doesn't like the item, can we change it?
Yes, as long as the item is returned unworn, there is no issue with changing it to a style that suits.The only thing we cannot exchange or refund are earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, as soon as these leave the shop we cannot take them back.

Can I leave a deposit on an item?
Yes, just get in touch with a member of staff. A deposit can be left to hold the item then paid off when you are collecting it.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit your store?
An appointment is not necessary, you are welcome to call in any time. That being said, we can get extremely busy so where possible an appointment is recommended. We want to be able to offer each customer the best service. You can book an appointment by clicking the following link.

Can I have an item made in a different metal?
Yes, any of our items can be made for you in any metal, just get in touch with one of our sales team to discuss options and prices.

Do your pendant chains come in different lengths?
As standard all of our pendants come with an 18-inch chain, this can be shortened to 16 inches using the adjuster. If you need a longer chain that is not an issue, we can supply any length or style of chain needed. All you have to do is ask.

Delivery
We offer free delivery to the UK and Ireland on items purchased over a value of £300, items purchased under £300 will be charged a flat rate of £8.Items will be dispatched to the UK and Ireland by Royal Mail special delivery, with a tracking number supplied with shipping confirmation.
