WHAT IF MY PARTNER DOESN’T LIKE THE RING STYLE, CAN WE CHANGE IT?
Yes, as long as the ring is returned unworn and hasn’t been size/custom made, there is no issue with changing it to a style that suits.

WHAT IF THE RING DOESN’T FIT, CAN IT BE SIZED?
Yes, sizing is the easy bit, if the ring is slightly too tight or loose our in-house jeweller can have it sized for you. If the size is way out, we will make you a brand-new ring in the correct size. We can advise on this once we know the exact size.

CAN I LEAVE A DEPOSIT ON AN ITEM?
Yes, just get in touch with a member of staff. A deposit can be left to hold the ring then paid off when you are collecting it.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I SPEND ON AN ENGAGEMENT RING?
Traditionally it is said that you should spend 2-3 months salary. This is just a traditional guideline. We have a huge range of rings in all price points, we recommend spending whatever amount you are comfortable with and is within your means.

DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT YOUR STORE?

Delivery
We offer free delivery to the UK and Ireland on items purchased over a value of £300, items purchased under £300 will be charged a flat rate of £8.Items will be dispatched to the UK and Ireland by Royal Mail special delivery, with a tracking number supplied with shipping confirmation.
