A customer came in looking to design her own engagement ring.

She has always had an idea of what the ring should include but couldn't find designs anywhere to match the ideas she had.

With her love of baguette cut diamonds, the customer wanted something to sit across her finger but baguette cut diamonds were too small to give that impactful look. 

A member of our staff suggested the use of emerald cut diamonds in her ring to give that particular look. 

We were then able to render a CAD image and add individual diamond halos to the 3 emerald cut diamonds.

The customer was overjoyed with the CAD image and went ahead to have the ring made. 

The customer then came in to collect the ring but didn't want to see the finished product until her wedding day. She was able to try the ring on without looking at it, to make sure it fit ok and took the ring away in a box. 

The customer saw her bespoke engagement ring for the first time at the alter on her wedding day and is thrilled with the turn out.

We offer free delivery to the UK and Ireland on items purchased over a value of £300, items purchased under £300 will be charged a flat rate of £8.Items will be dispatched to the UK and Ireland by Royal Mail special delivery, with a tracking number supplied with shipping confirmation.
